The North East District operate a coaching grant scheme whereby individuals can apply for a grant to offset the cost of their coaching fees.
The current grant is £80 and players must complete the undernoted application form and have their coach confirm their coaching duration and submit it to the District Secretary along with a copy of their playing record for the last 12 months.

Please note:- a copy of the playing record for the player for the last year must be included.
ALL APPLICATIONS.
- Should be completed by the applicant
- Should be countersigned by the Club secretary or Junior Convenor
- Should be submitted to the District Secretary for consideration.
- A copy of the previous year’s playing record must accompany the application.
Grants will be issued on a first come, first served basis until funds are expended.
All coaches must be qualified to a minimum PGA Level 3.
Players accepting a Coaching Grant must enter the North East District Boy’s Championship and be available to represent the North East District in team competition when required.
Coaching Grant Conditions.
Applicants MUST be fully paid up members of a Club affiliated to the North East District of Scottish Golf Ltd.
